Sudor Taino was established in 2008 and held workshops and classes outdoors and rented spaces. Sudor Taino Group Fitness Studio opened its doors in July of 2012 at 635 New Park Avenue in West Hartford and in 2020 amidst COVID decided to relocate to the Town of Berlin. In September 2020, STGF opened its doors at 220 Berlin Turnpike in Berlin, Connecticut, Unit 4 in a new plaza within a awesome small business community. Our has an open space concept with high ceilings, stylish reception with a homey feel. Our vibrant colors (orange, turquoise gray, black), inspiring photos, motivational staff, supportive members and powerful workouts create a beautiful synergy which you will never find at a local gym. Our floors are blessed and within our walls we house the sweat, tears, and failures and we turn them into the personal triumphs with every workout.
