Ball Mania Workshop

This workshop offers the participants a variety of ways to incorporate the stability ball into their workout.Participants will dance, balance, kick, punch, use the ball on the floor, in the air, sit on it, lay on it, spin it, hold it, roll it and finally rest on it.Cardio and body resistance will challenge the core to the limit.

Yummy Sculpt: Tuesdays @ 6:30 p.m. (60 min) This class uses weights to perform exercises in a different sequence each class which are known to tone your entire body!Once your body is warm, a series of yoga inspired moves will be used to incite and release your inner yummy.
