Thursdays- Band Boot Camp @ 6:30 p.m.
An energetic class that targets all of your different muscle groups by pushing your body to do extremely effective power moves while utilizing the resistance bands. This full body workout is guaranteed to tone you from head to toe. Get ready to be Shredded!
Sundays- Step & Sculpt @ 9:00 a.m.
An intense a high energy class that utilizes light weights on a body bar in a combination of sculpting moves which are done until muscle failure, just kidding! This will target all your major muscle groups and tone your entire body which will later be complemented by an intense lower body challenge that will focus on those problem areas.

Saturdays- Latin Spice Dance Class @ 10:30 a.m.
A class for all levels designed to burn the core utilizing traditional Latin style dance moves in extreme repetition. This collaboration is guaranteed to bring your inner dancer, core strength and confidence to another level!
